Heffernans Lounge, Bar and Off-Licence

An established pub for over twenty years in Waterford, Heffernans was redesigned on contract to Claddagh Bar Manufactures.

The open plan shape was changed to provide a central bar that would serve a new lounge, bar & off-licence. All three are served by a common lobby and all three have their own distinct style.

The bar was designed in a traditional style so as not to alienate existing customers and attract sporting fans. The lounge is more contemporary, appealing to families and children.

The common back bar allows for ease of service for bar staff and interaction between the two areas. Some special features include feature stone cladding and hessian wall panelling.
