Chasseurs Goedert
This concept was designed for a chain of high-end shoe shops in Luxembourg, Chasseurs Goederts who had recently celebrated an 80 year anniversary. We started by assessing all existing locations, buildings and demographics in order to create a design that would translate throughout. A notable aspect of the brief, was the broadening of the existing product range to sell accessories such as handbags, belts and socks. We developed a style which would reflect the calibre of the brands that the shop carries – such as Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Spade & Michael Kors – and show a ‘curation’ of these products, as in a gallery or jewellers. The aim of our design was to offer practicality and comfort while at the same time conveying elegance and luxury. Working closely with 101 Studios, we offered creative direction for the re-brand to ensure that the revitalised logo would be in harmony with the design. While the name is proudly displayed behind the sales desk, the brand’s signature green is played down yet still conveyed through polished marble surfaces. The combination of classic elements, such as the chevron floor or satinised brass, used with a modern finish reflect the established history of the brand.
