Morilles Bistro
Located above the famous Yellow House in Dublin, Morilles Bistro was designed to achieve an inviting and luxurious ambience. As a listed building, the soft palette of warm colours was carefully chosen to enhance the decorative ceiling and mouldings.
Patrons are welcomed with an impressive bar and plush leather furniture which is inspired by the Gentleman’s clubs or Smoking Rooms from days gone by. Wine displays are strong yet practical features. Gilded fabrics and bronzed furniture add to the opulence and warmth.
The bar is separated from the restaurant to create two separate dining areas, one less formal than the other. The layout of the restaurant creates a sense of intrigue – intimate, yet flexible for larger parties. Attention to detail can be seen throughout, from the bespoke lighting to the intricate detailing on the bar. The result is classic, yet chic.
