Dooleys Hotel

The dining room was redesigned to increase space and personalise the restaurant from the hotel. The brief was to maintain its suitability for large groups and functions but also create a more intimate atmosphere and areas. Stone cladding, wall coverings and timber panelling were added to identify areas and a raised area was added.

A new oak bar was fitted incorporating much needed storage facilities. Four different light settings were introduced to give more ambient light options.
