The style of this restaurant needed to accommodate customers from early morning for coffee till late for evening meals. The customer is met with a comfortable waiting area and bar where they can wait before being brought to their table.

An interesting S - shaped fitted seating area is the focal point in the restaurant and breaks up the floor space with a raised area to one side.

The building itself was long and dark so a bright, warm colour scheme was used with walnut furniture and maple floors. These are complimented with ambient lighting and textured wall features.
